South Shore Veterinary Hospital in Forest Lake, MN is a 9-DVM practice seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to help lead our team and support the continued success of our practice. As Hospital Manager, you will partner with the Medical Director and leadership team to support the hospital’s day-to-day operations while helping foster a culture built on communication, accountability, teamwork, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, oversee payroll and financial operations, and drive business growth through data-informed decisions.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient workflow, maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, VMB), manage equipment and inventory, and implement hospital policies and procedures.
• Strategic Direction: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute long-term goals, expand services, and support referral and business partnerships.
• Project & Facility Management: Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance while aligning administrative functions with overall hospital objectives.
• Client & Community Engagement: Oversee marketing strategies, resolve client concerns, enhance client experience
