Ingersoll Animal Hospital offers a unique opportunity for veterinary students to gain practical experience under the supervision of experienced veterinarians. The hospital partners with Pawsitive Strides, a nearby rehab facility, to provide a comprehensive range of veterinary services.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in gathering patient histories
• Perform physical exams
• Create treatment plans
• Conduct diagnostics
• Provide dental services
• Assist or perform surgical procedures
• Manage medical cases
• Practice communication skills with the medical team, support staff, and clients

Requirements

Eligible for 3rd and 4th year veterinary students who are in the clinical portion of their education. Must be currently enrolled in a veterinary program.
