Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Exam Room Assistant / Scribe!

Position Details

Status: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Wednesday 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.; every other Saturday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Support DVMs during appointments and exam room flow
• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Obtain accurate medical histories and patient information
• Enter medical data and maintain clear, accurate patient records
• Educate clients and communicate treatment plans clearly
• Aid with client questions, recommendations, and follow-up care
• Help manage multiple appointments efficiently throughout the day
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable exam room areas
• Support daily hospital workflow and collaborate with doctors and team members
