BluePearl Lake Norman is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Criticalist to join their thriving emergency and referral practice. Located just west of Lake Norman, minutes from downtown Charlotte, the practice offers a collaborative atmosphere, high medical standards, and a growing facility.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with emergency veterinarians to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide critical care services to hospitalized patients
- Contribute to the development and implementation of medical protocols
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities
Requirements
- Board-certified or residency-trained in veterinary critical care
- Experience in emergency and critical care settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in North Carolina
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
