Veterinary Client Service Representative - Part Time

About the role

We're searching for a Veterinary Client Services Rep who's organized, upbeat, and ready to be the heartbeat of our clinic. You'll be the first smile clients see and the steady voice they trust — whether they're bringing in a brand-new puppy or a 15-year-old best friend.

Responsibilities

• Greeting pets and their humans like the VIPs they are
• Scheduling appointments + handling calls without breaking a sweat
• Keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly
• Helping pet parents with questions, concerns, and the occasional "my dog ate WHAT?" moment
• Providing calm vibes to nervous pups (and sometimes their people)

Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years experience of veterinary medicine experience (required)
• You genuinely love animals and people
• You're a strong communicator (in person + on the phone)
• Bi-lingual (not required but strongly recommended)
• Can work on a rotating Saturday schedule
• You can multitask without spiraling
• You bring positive energy, even on busy days
• Customer service experience? Cool. Great attitude? Cooler. If you're dependable, adaptable, and know how to read the room (or the bark), you'll fit right in.
