Veterinary Client Service Representative - Overnight Shift

Compensation

$21/hr

Shift Hours

• Worked between 7pm-11pm = additional $2/hour
• Worked between 11pm-7am = additional $3/hour
• Any shift on Saturdays and Sundays = additional $2/hour

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role (prior veterinary experience required)

What might your day to day look like?

• Answer incoming calls, message taking
• Triage incoming requests
• Guide clients through check-in, discharge, check out
• Handle financial transactions
• Facilitate medication requests
• Understand department-specific medications, diagnostics, and procedures
