Veterinary Client Service Representative

Magrane Pet Medical Center, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive, friendly, and professional attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and electronically.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phone calls and assisting with client inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment flow
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Educate clients on hospital services, preventive care, and follow-up instructions
• Coincordinate communication between clients and the medical team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Support team members to ensure an exceptional client experience
