About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth communication between staff and clients, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage site operations including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with staff and clients to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
