Veterinary Client Care Representative

All Pets Animal Hospital of Rogers is seeking a compassionate, service-driven Veterinary Client Care Representative (CCR) to become an integral part of our hospital dedicated to delivering outstanding client care and exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Obtain and accurately document patient histories and client information
• Verify vaccination and testing records
• Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with the medical team
• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Assist clients with prescription diets, flea and tick preventatives, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian
• Maintain accurate patient records within veterinary software systems
• Support daily hospital operations and ensure a smooth client experience
• Deliver a hospitality-focused experience that exceeds client expectations

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary reception experience preferred
• Medical reception experience considered
• Strong customer service or hospitality background required
• Experience with veterinary practice software is a plus
• Basic knowledge of veterinary preventive care, vaccines, and wellness services is helpful
