Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a Veterinary Cardiologist to join the Heart of Texas Veterinary Specialty Center's team. Located in Round Rock, Texas, this AAHA-accredited, Fear Free certified, full-service hospital offers 24/7 care for companion animals in Austin and nearby areas. Services include Critical Care/Emergency, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology (Medical), and Dentistry. The position is part of a network of 400 clinics across the country.
About the Role
The Heart of Texas Veterinary Specialty Center has relocated to a 15,000 square foot facility in Round Rock, Texas. This vibrant community offers suburban tranquility and urban amenities, making it an attractive place to live and work. The area is known for its strong economy, excellent schools, and welcoming community.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
- State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, before their start date
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
- Board Certified or Residency Trained Veterinarian
