About the role

BluePearl Pet Hospital, Christiana in Newark, DE is seeking a full-time boarded or residency-trained Veterinary Cardiologist to join their team. You will be joining a motivated and synergistic group of specialists and emergency doctors who work closely to provide the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiac care for patients
• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other specialists and emergency doctors
• Mentor for areas of interest, including surgery, critical care, or urgent care

Requirements

• Board-certified or residency-trained veterinary cardiologist
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Knowledge of advanced diagnostic techniques and treatments

Benefits

• Annual base salary up to $268,000, based on the level of training and experience
• Additional earning potential through quarterly production bonus (NO negative accrual)
