We are currently seeking a Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding patient care and client service.

What You’ll Do
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
- Perform in-house laboratory testing, including CBC/chemistry, urinalysis, and cytology
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts
- Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
- Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information
- Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
- Support exceptional client communication and education
- Help maintain smooth daily hospital operations
What Our Veterinary Assistant / Receptionists Bring
- Previous veterinary receptionist experience with strong customer service skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience coordinating appointments and optimizing clinic workflow
- Safe and effective patient handling and restraint skills
- Familiarity with low-stress or Fear Free handling techniques preferred
- Comfort learning and using practice management software, including Avimark
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Compassion for patients, clients, and coworkers
