Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care, assisting the medical team with hands-on tasks and ensuring every animal receives compassionate treatment.
• Support the medical team by anticipating and addressing their needs, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Create a positive client experience by assisting with scheduling, payments, and communications, always maintaining a courteous and informative demeanor.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by performing clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance, upholding our high standards of care.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A calm and efficient approach, able to handle a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment with composure.
• Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills, such as laboratory and pharmacy, nursing, and radiology, is a strong asset.

Qualifications
