Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care, assisting the medical team with hands-on care and ensuring compassionate treatment for every animal.
• Support the medical team by anticipating the needs of veterinarians and technicians to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Create a positive client experience by assisting with scheduling, payments, and communications.
• Maintain a safe and clean hospital environment, including clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills (e.g., laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, radiology) is a strong asset.
