Meadowbrook Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for clients and patients during exams and outpatient visits. We are seeking an outgoing veterinary assistant who thrives in client engagement, schedule coordination, and multitasking. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting efficient hospital operations, creating positive client experiences, and ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality care. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both the veterinary team and clients throughout the patient visit. Responsibilities Include Supporting efficient exam room and outpatient workflow to ensure exceptional patient and client careMaintaining accurate, thorough medical records and treatment documentationReviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionatelySupporting veterinarians during outpatient procedures and treatments while providing high-quality patient careBuilding positive relationships with clients through education, communication, and attentive service Schedule And Compensation Compensation: $15 - 18 per hour, for each hour workedThis is a full-time position, with availability needed Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
