What Our Veterinary Assistants Do

• Assist veterinarians during examinations and medical procedures
• Safely and compassionately handle and restrain patients
• Prepare examination rooms and surgical areas
• Administer medications as directed
• Collect laboratory samples and perform basic diagnostic testing
• Educate clients about treatments, preventative care, and patient wellness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment
• Support the veterinary team in delivering exceptional patient care

What Our Veterinary Assistants Bring

• At least one year of hands-on experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic
• Strong animal handling and restraint skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail

Pay

$20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm
