VCA Mill Run Animal Hospital is a 10-doctor practice offering comprehensive veterinary care including preventive medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and compassionate client service. What You’ll Do

• Restrain and safely handle pets for exams and treatments
• Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas
• Absorb appointments and procedures
• Collect patient histories and support client communication
• Feed, walk, and monitor hospitalized pets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hospital
• Sterilize instruments and prepare surgical packs
• Absorb laboratory samples and diagnostics
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Deliver compassionate care to patients and clients every day

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of Veterinary Assistant experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for patient care and client service

Pay

$16.50 – $20.00/hour Pay range is negotiable based on experience, education, skills, and credentials.
