Responsibilities

• Practice top-tier medicine without the burnout
• Work in a hospital with human-grade equipment, AAHA-accredited care, in-house lab, digital/dental x-ray, Olympus Color Video Endoscope, ultrasound, laser therapy, and advanced surgical tools
• Enjoy two dedicated surgery days per week (optional)
• Experience 30-minute appointments and a 2:1 tech-to-DVM ratio with skilled LVTs by your side
• Growth-driven culture with monthly CE with DC Academy (optional, but our team loves it!)
• Personalized mentorship, leadership development, and even Chief of Staff training
• Opportunity to revive exotic pet care—we’ve got the history and demand for it
