Routine Patient Care
- Delivers and provides instruction to patients and/or caregivers on the proper use of equipment and/or respiratory care procedures
- Ensures patients and/or caregivers can effectively operate and maintain equipment
- Assists patients in solving problems regarding equipment use
Documentation and Compliance
- Completes necessary paperwork including daily delivery logs, plans of care and treatment, and any other paperwork required by the company
Equipment Management
- Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition both in the field and at the office
Respiratory Care Services
- Serves as the primary provider of respiratory care services
- Performs respiratory care services in accordance with the physician's orders
- Sets up, educates, assesses, monitors, and administers treatments related to the individualized plan of care
Communication and Coordination
- Communicates with referring physicians regarding patient treatment, medical condition, and home environment
Pay and Benefits
$25 to $45 per hour
