About the role
This role is ideal for a neurologist who thrives in a high-caseload, a collaborative environment, enjoys medical and surgical neurology, and values teaching and mentorship—both formally and informally—within a busy ER/specialty hospital.
Responsibilities
- Join a deeply collaborative team with a strong referral base and a culture of open case discussion
- Work closely with other specialists, emergency clinicians, and primary care doctors
- Offer significant surgical and procedural volume with autonomy to practice high-level medicine while being supported by experienced teams
Teaching & Mentorship
- Teaching and mentoring rotating interns, specialty interns, and residents
- Informal case-based teaching on the floor and during rounds
- The opportunity to help shape the next generation of veterinarians through daily clinical interaction
Requirements
- Residency-trained or board-certified Veterinary Neurologist
Qualifications
- Experience in medical and surgical neurology
- Strong collaboration skills
- Excellent teaching and mentoring abilities
