About the role
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Neurologist to join their state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital. They are expanding their neurology department due to a high caseload and hospital growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurological care to patients
- Collaborate with other specialists to ensure multidisciplinary patient care
- Support the 24/7 emergency service and other specialties within the hospital
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and treatments available at the facility
Requirements
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology
- Experience in emergency and specialty veterinary practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited institution
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Kansas
- Passing score on the North American Board of Veterinary Specialties (NABVS) examination for Neurology
