About the role

Kelley Animal Hospital in Lexington, MN, is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their collaborative and supportive team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality veterinary care to patients
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development
• Mentor new graduates and assist with structured onboarding and orientation

Requirements

• Current North American Veterinary Licensing Exam (NAVLE) or North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) score
• Experience in small animal medicine and surgery preferred, but not required for new graduates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• License to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Minnesota

Schedule

Preferred incoming schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Open to discussing the hours per week and customized schedules. No weekends or after-hours responsibilities. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
