Responsibilities

• Oversee high-quality small-animal care, including exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry
• Manage medical standards and ensure adherence to protocols
• Mentor veterinarians and technicians to promote professional growth
• Support case review and foster a collaborative, client-focused environment
• Partner with hospital leadership on quality improvement and workflow efficiency
• Communicate compassionately with pet owners and promote community-centered pet wellness and education
