Responsibilities

  • Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency, and exceptional care quality.
  • Ensure the highest level of patient care and client experience.
  • Utilize all experience and skills to deliver the highest standards of care, including routine, diagnostic, and complex procedures.
  • Grow as a practitioner and a leader with paid continued education and leadership training.
  • Build relationships with pet parents and model respect and empathy.
  • Enjoy support from local medical directors and a team of veterinary technicians and assistants.
  • Enjoy flexible schedules, open time off, and no on-call shifts.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited institution.
  • Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of New York.
  • Experience in veterinary practice, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for improving the lives of pets and pet parents.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $151,500.00 - $242,300.00. The actual pay rate will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws.

Schedule

This role is full-time and does not offer remote work.
