$150,000–$175,000 starting base salary depending on experience
20–22% production with no negative accrual
Unlimited earning potential (average DVM production $700,000–$800,000, with opportunity to exceed $1 million)

3-5+ years of small animal clinical experience
Strong medical and surgical skills (all doctors perform surgery)
