Fry’s Food Stores, now part of The Kroger Company, seeks a dedicated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment, and adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations; report all illegal activity
• Report unsafe conditions to store management
• Order and manage inventory according to company guidelines
• Prepare and count products using company best practices
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
• Interact with customers and assist pharmacists in various tasks
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Support health and wellness initiatives
• Manage inventory and deliveries
• Work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Confidentiality and handling of sensitive information
• Previous comparable experience preferred
• EPRN familiarity desired
