Metro Market, now part of The Kroger Company, seeks a dedicated individual to join our team. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, and adhering to company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations; report all illegal activity
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and ordering processes
• Handle billing and customer inquiries
• Support pharmacists in their duties
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Participate in health and wellness initiatives
• Perform tasks related to legend orders
• Work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Resolve customer and business issues with honesty and integrity
• Support and assist individuals with special needs and older adults

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• Confidentiality of information
• Previous comparable experience preferred
• EPRN familiarity
