Requirements

• DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Active license in good standing in the state of Illinois
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical veterinary medicine
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Interest in performing and expanding surgical skills, including spays and neuters, soft tissue procedures, and emergency surgeries
• Orthopedic interest is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• Experience in comprehensive dental services with digital dental radiographs
• Knowledge of in-house pharmacy and compounding options
• Ability to perform and expand surgical skills, including splenectomies and foreign body removals
• Experience with emergency surgeries such as splenectomies and foreign body removals
