About the role

Brady Veterinary Hospital, located in Coastal Washington, is looking for an additional Veterinarian to join our 3-doctor team. All experienced levels welcome!

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care to a variety of species
• Collaborate with a skilled team of veterinarians and support staff
• Mentor and support new graduates and externs
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted license to practice veterinary medicine in Washington State
• Experience in general medicine, preventative care, and surgical procedures
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an ACVIM accredited program
• Experience in at least one specialty area (surgery, orthopedics, exotics, etc.) is preferred
• Interest in learning and developing skills in complementary therapies such as acupuncture and herbal medicine

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Pay

SALARY PLUS Compensation Model
Guaranteed Annual SALARY paid month to month (range $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience)
PLUS Monthly Production Bonus (we are paying your guaranteed salary UP FRONT and then you have the ability to produce up to and beyond this salary minimum and earn a substantial quarterly production bonus - no negative accrual!!)
Signing Bonus Package
Sign on Bonus ranging from $10-12,000
Relocation Bonus Package (as needed)

Schedule

3-4 days a week (10-hour shifts) – counts as full time
