Responsibilities
- Perform wellness, sick, and preventive care examinations.
- Develop diagnostic and treatment plans that support exceptional patient outcomes.
- Perform medical, surgical, and dental procedures consistent with experience and interests.
- Educate clients on treatment options, preventive care, and long-term patient wellness.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Contribute to a positive hospital culture and client experience.
- Stay current on advances in veterinary medicine through continuing education.
Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Active Arizona veterinary license, or ability to obtain.
- Commitment to practicing high-quality medicine and patient advocacy.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care.
- Interest in continued professional growth and development.
