About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Oley Valley Animal Clinic. Located in the picturesque Oley Valley, Pennsylvania, our clinic has recently undergone a full renovation, featuring seven state-of-the-art exam rooms, a spacious surgery suite, and a modern dentistry suite. We provide comprehensive veterinary care, from preventive wellness and vaccinations to surgery, dentistry, nutrition counseling, ultrasound testing, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive veterinary care for a variety of animal patients, including surgery, dentistry, and preventive medicine.
- Collaborate with a supportive and collaborative team to ensure high-quality medical attention for each patient.
- Build strong client relationships through compassionate care and innovative wellness plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education opportunities.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA) license or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
- Experience in general veterinary practice, including surgery, dentistry, and preventive care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing compassionate care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a veterinary practice.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills

Pay
Base salary of $120,000–$150,000 (dependent on experience) plus production-based bonuses.
Schedule
Hours negotiable.
