We are seeking an experienced DVM to join our dynamic team at McClintock Animal Care Center in Tempe. Established for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on building long-term client relationships and providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a supportive team to provide comprehensive veterinary care
• Work alongside a strong, tenured support staff with cross-training capabilities
• Build a loyal, compliant client base that values high-quality care
• Participate in a positive, team-oriented culture emphasizing kindness, communication, and teamwork
• Enjoy a balanced caseload with both appointments and surgery opportunities
• Opportunity to expand into more advanced procedures or niche interests if desired

Requirements

• Early career or experienced DVM
• Strong interest in surgery and confident surgical skills
• Comfortable with dogs and cats (exotics interest is a plus)
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with the team

Qualifications

• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Arizona
• Experience in general veterinary medicine and surgery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience
• Up to $10,000 signing bonus
