About the role

We are a well-established (since 1973) high-volume, walk-in based clinic seeking an Associate Veterinarian who wants control over their day, production-driven earning potential, and a supportive and adaptable team.

Responsibilities

• Control your workflow without overbooked schedules
• Enjoy making real-time medical decisions
• Work in a walk-in / urgent care / General Practice hybrid model
• See a variety of cases including wellness, urgent care, and surgery
• Collaborate openly with fellow associate DVMs
• Work with dedicated Veterinary Assistants and an LVT for efficient workflow
• Communicate effectively with Client Service Representatives (CSRs)
• Manage inventory and day-to-day operations with an established Inventory Manager and Hospital Attendant
• Participate in a 12-month mentorship program for new graduates

Requirements

• Licensed DVM in Tennessee
• Confident, efficient, and motivated
• Enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Value both autonomy and collaboration
