Bay Pines Veterinary Clinic in Harbor Springs, Michigan is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their thriving two-location small animal practice.

Located along the shores of Lake Michigan, Harbor Springs is one of the most desirable vacation spots in Northern Michigan and is home year-round.

The clinic offers a 4-day work week for all veterinarians, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.

They provide mentorship in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, a highly motivated and compliant clientele, and a collaborative, experienced, and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Enjoys small animal medicine and surgery
• Has an interest in growing soft tissue and/or orthopedic surgical skills
• Values strong client communication
• Thrives in a team-oriented, positive environment
• Supports the skilled technical team and practice culture that prioritizes both efficiency and quality of care
• Works a 4-day work week with long weekends every 5th week
• Rotates for after-hours emergency calls, weekend and holiday coverage, and urgent care responsibilities

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program
• Eligible for Michigan veterinary licensure

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Interest in surgery is a plus
