We are a thriving, six-doctor, multi-site small animal practice in Loveland, Ohio and Blanchester, Ohio. Our practice offers a unique blend of advanced medicine, a supportive team, and a positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Focus on quality medicine without burnout
• Collaborate on challenging cases
• Mentor newer doctors
• Practice medicine with the time and tools needed

Requirements

• No on-call responsibilities
• Closed every Sunday
• Only two closing shifts each week
• Flexible scheduling across both locations

Qualifications

• Experience as a veterinarian
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Desire to practice medicine in a positive, supportive culture

Pay

Competitive, individualized compensation packages starting at $120,000-$140,000 (commensurate with experience)
