About the role

Mccauley Animal Clinic in Cottleville, MO, is seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join our team. We have been serving the St. Louis area for over 20 years and pride ourselves on building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and each other.

Responsibilities

• General practice with a wide range of services for small animals
• In-house lab, ultrasound, digital x-rays, and digital dental x-rays
• In-house pharmacy for fast, efficient care
• Loyal, long-standing clientele and a growing practice
• PetOne Veterinary Training Center access to hands-on workshops, specialty training, and continuing education
• GP Mentorship Program with Dr. Abe for one-on-one support, case reviews, and career development opportunities
• Collaboration with surrounding NVA locations for referral support and shared expertise

Requirements

Must be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Missouri and have a valid DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited school
• At least 2 years of general practice experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
