Responsibilities

- Practice formal mentorship program for new graduates. - Enjoy a flexible 4-day workweek. - Work alongside a highly experienced support team of 4 Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs) and 10 veterinary assistants. - Access modern technology including ultrasound, digital radiology, laser surgery, laser therapy, and a fully integrated Idexx in-house laboratory. - Pursue your own clinical interests in various areas such as dentistry, surgery, orthopedics, exotics, laser surgery, and more. - Earn a base salary of $120,000 to $135,000 plus production bonuses.

Requirements

- Possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited school. - Be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Pennsylvania. - Have a minimum of one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care.

Skills

- Proficiency in various surgical procedures. - Experience with dental care techniques. - Knowledge of exotic animal care. - Excellent problem-solving skills.
