Responsibilities

- Educate and empower clients to make informed decisions through clear communication of findings and treatment plans.
- Collaborate and grow with a supportive paraprofessional team, contributing to a positive hospital culture.
- Maintain a diverse caseload including wellness and preventative care, same-day urgent visits, and emergency cases.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- A valid state license and in good standing to practice.
- A collaborative spirit and a dedication to practicing the highest standard of medicine.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, friendly attitude.
Qualifications
- Open to new graduates or experienced veterinarians.
- A supportive, experienced technical staff that works closely with doctors to assist with diagnostics, imaging, anesthesia, treatment, and client communication.
- A highly skilled and compassionate support team experienced in both routine and urgent care workflows.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in small-animal general practice including wellness exams, preventative care, diagnostics, dental care, soft tissue surgery, senior wellness, pain management, vaccinations, and client education.
- Exposure to same-day urgent and emergency care cases.
- Ability to practice full-scope medicine and contribute clinical expertise in a dynamic setting.
