About the role

Elko Veterinary Clinic is hiring a DVM for our mixed animal practice specializing in both emergency and general practice medicine for equine, ranch, family livestock, and companion and exotic pets. We are the largest and busiest clinic in Northeastern Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of a wide variety of cases including but not limited to emergency, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care.
• Use of advanced technology including digital radiology, ultrasound, MRI, CT imaging, and various surgical techniques.
• Collaboration with a skilled team of technicians and assistants.
• Continuous learning and development through ongoing education and training programs.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• A compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and client-education skills.
