Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized veterinary care
• Manage surgical and exotic cases
• Participate in structured orientation and mentorship program for new grads
• Engage in peer networking and support through Zoom roundtables and Slack discussions
• Build confidence and skills under guidance from experienced veterinarians
• Opportunities for leadership and career advancement

Requirements

• DVM/VMD or equivalent license eligible to practice in California
• Passionate about small animal medicine and client care
• Desire to work in a team-oriented, adaptable, and growing environment
• New graduates welcome; experienced veterinarians encouraged

Qualifications

• Strong communication and client care skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with advanced diagnostics and surgical procedures
