About the role

Ohana Pet Hospitals are searching for Veterinarians to join their teams in Ventura and Santa Paula, California. They are looking for exceptional veterinarians to join their 12-doctor team.

Responsibilities

• Full-time doctors work 3-4 shifts per week, with availability to work on Saturdays (not all).
• General Practitioners provide medical and surgical care for dogs and cats, with ultrasound and exotics as a plus.
• Urgent Care Practitioners handle mainly same-day appointments and emergency cases, performing non-complicated surgeries like gastrointestinal foreign bodies, urethral obstruction, abscesses, and laceration repairs.

Requirements

• Valid California veterinary license and ability to obtain a DEA license.
• Excellent client communication and customer service skills.
• A dedication to continued education.

Qualifications

• All levels of experience.
• DVM or VMD degree.

Pay

$130,000 - $165,000 annually, with individual pay determined by work location and additional factors.
