We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes duties (specific duties) and requirements, qualifications, maybe schedule (Work Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm). Also telework info. Benefits? Not explicit benefits; there is mention of benefits package later but generic. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Work Schedule. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits? It mentions "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package." That's generic but still states benefits exist. Might be considered stating benefits. However it's generic; but still says benefits package. Might be okay to include Benefits section with that sentence. But we must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". This is generic but still a statement. I'd include Benefits with that sentence. Pay: not mentioned. So omit Pay. Skills: not explicit list; maybe we can infer from duties but not explicit. Better not include Skills unless explicit. About the role: we could use a brief paragraph summarizing role? The posting doesn't have an "About the role" heading but we could create a section with that heading if we have substantive content. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings if we have content. We have duties (specific duties) which could go under Responsibilities. Requirements: there is a "Requirements" section (Conditions of employment). Qualifications: there is a "Qualifications" section. Benefits: we have generic benefits statement. Schedule: we have work schedule. Thus produce sections: Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (conditions of employment), Qualifications (education/experience etc), Benefits (benefits package statement), Schedule (work schedule and telework info). Possibly also include "About the role" but we could combine duties into Responsibilities. No need for About the role if we have Responsibilities. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from duties, requirements, qualifications, benefits, schedule. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. So we need to parse duties into list items. The duties are a paragraph with multiple sentences; we can break each sentence into

  • . Similarly requirements list: conditions of employment (list). Qualifications: maybe list of items (time-in-grade, minimum qualifications, education substitution, etc). Benefits: maybe just a paragraph. Schedule: include work schedule and telework details. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes lots of boilerplate after qualifications; we need to remove those. We must keep only substantive info: duties, requirements, qualifications, benefits, schedule. Also maybe mention "Promotion Potential: None, this is the full performance level of the position." That's substantive? It's about promotion potential. Could be included under Requirements or Qualifications? Might be considered a detail about the position. Could be placed under Responsibilities? Better to include under Requirements? Actually it's about promotion potential; could be a separate section but not in list of headings. We could include under Responsibilities as a note? But we must not invent sections. Could add a

under Responsibilities after list? Might be okay. Also "Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized" etc. That's metadata; we can drop minor metadata per instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can drop those lines like Position Description/PD#, Relocation/Recruitment Incentives, Financial Disclosure Report, Bargaining Unit, etc. They are minor metadata. So we drop them. Also "Additional Conditions Of Employment Are As Follows" is part of requirements; we keep. Also "VA supports the use of telework as a way to help attract and retain talented individuals..." that's benefits/telework info; we can include under Benefits or Schedule? It's about telework eligibility. Could go under Schedule as telework details. We must preserve all substantive info; not drop details like "Subject to background/security investigation", "Required to attend an 8 week training session, which may require travel.", "VSR Skill Certification required at the GS-10 level", etc. We need to ensure we don't lose any of those. Let's extract sections: Duties (Specific Duties Are As Follows): - Serves as an Authorizer reviewing all required work of other Veterans Service Representatives when a second signature is required. - Reviews and approves work for technical accuracy, clarity, thoroughness, and sensitivity of notification. - Ensures that notices of decisions are prepared with an empathetic tone and are complete and phrased in terms that the claimant can understand. - The VSR (Authorizer) must be familiar with rating procedures to ensure proper notification to the claimant. - Makes administrative decisions and special determinations relating to qualifying military service, character of discharge, domestic relations contested claims, homicide, presumed death, line of duty, or willful misconduct, corpus of estate, and violations of U.S. Penal Code, related attorney fees, administrative error, and fraud. - Authorizes administrative decisions made by other Veterans Service Representatives including character of discharge, line of duty, or willful misconduct, corpus of estate, and apportionment decisions. - Explains a final decision if a veteran expresses an indication of dissatisfaction with a determination (filed in person, by telephone, or by mail). The VSR (Authorizer) will explain the decision in question in an effort to gain acceptance of the determination, and also explain the post-decision review process. - Uses electronic data processing (EDP) systems for inputting data related to claims adjudication, processing, monitoring, and correspondence preparation. - Acts as an advocate for veterans and their beneficiaries in their dealings with other VA elements and organizations that affect their claims. Then after duties: "Promotion Potential: None, this is the full performance level of the position." Could be a note.
