About the role

This role provides an opportunity for a veteran to gain valuable work experience through a job shadow within AbbVie’s corporate environment.

Responsibilities

- Participate in daily tasks and projects relevant to the department. - Learn from experienced colleagues and mentors. - Gain insights into AbbVie’s operations and processes.

Requirements

- Must still be actively in service and not already exited from the military. - Minimum of 90 days commitment with a maximum of 180 days. - Receive Chain of Command approval prior to beginning.

Qualifications

- Active duty service member. - Relevant military experience or skills.

Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule

Role is performed at a site or office and requires onsite presence. Employees can work both in the office and remotely, with a minimum requirement of three days in the office per week.
