About the role

Veterinarians and Vet Services at Petco are seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our team. This role requires weekend and weekday availability.

Responsibilities

• Meet your veterinary team at the local dispatch office.
• Travel to assigned Petco clinic locations for the day.
• Greet pet parents and recommend veterinary services.
• Assist the Veterinarian during services.
• Thank pet parents for protecting their pets.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work weekends and weekdays.
• Experience working with veterinary staff preferred but not required.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $15.00 - $19.25 per hour.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with weekend and weekday availability required.
