About the role
Meet our Veterinary Assistant role, where you'll join a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of pets and their families.
Responsibilities
- Meet your veterinary team at our local dispatch office.
- Travel to assigned Petco clinic locations for the day.
- Greet pet parents and recommend veterinary services.
- Assist the Veterinarian to administer services.
- Thank pet parents for their commitment to their pets.
Requirements
- Love dogs and cats, and people too.
- Strong team player, enthusiastic about supporting the team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in varied environments, traveling.
- Responsible and accountable.
- Positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
- CPR certification.
