Vet Surgeon – Long standing independent practice

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a valid license to practice in the UK to join a highly regarded independent practice in Dorset. This role offers a balanced mix of consultations and surgeries, with 15-minute appointment slots and a flexible rota to support work-life balance. The practice is well-equipped with dedicated consultation, diagnostic, and surgical suites for different animals, as well as a fully equipped on-site lab.

The team is experienced and supportive, encouraging professional development in areas of interest, including the pursuit of certificates. Full or part-time hours are available, and there is potential for future partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and perform surgeries.
• Work within a structured 15-minute appointment system.
• Collaborate with an established team to provide high-quality veterinary care.
• Pursue professional development and clinical skill improvement with team support.

• Salary range: £43,000 – £80,000, dependent on experience.
