Job Description

As a caregiver IG, you will contribute to the well-being of our residents by focusing on what they can do themselves and supporting where necessary. You will foster independence and help residents maintain control over their lives as much as possible.

Qualifications

• MBO 3 diploma in care
• Be competent and meet the activities required for quality registration
• Contribute to the quality of care and service delivery
• Able to perform all services provided
• Flexible, able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Willing to contribute to the happiness of seniors and provide them with a life as happy as possible

What We Offer

We realize that we have quite a few questions for you, but we also offer you something in return: A permanent contract for 16 to 25 hours per week. We offer you a salary compliant with the CAO VVT (FWG 40), based on your experience between €2981,- and €3864,- per month for a full-time position. We offer you membership in the Quality Register V&VN. We offer you a fixed-end-of-year bonus of 8.33% and a vacation allowance of 8% of your gross annual salary. We offer you access to the Tangenborgh Academy for personal development (e.g., Good Habitz e-learning).

Location

The Etgaarde is a small-scale living care location with 27 residents. There is a restaurant where residents can eat, but meals are also prepared in the new kitchen where residents often come. You will work at a location where the home feel is prioritized. Additionally, the well-being and happiness of the residents are of great importance. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a familiar and pleasant living environment for the residents. For this beautiful location, we are looking for two caregivers IG who strengthen our friendly team.

What Do You Bring?

To be a caregiver IG, you bring your knowledge, are involved with the residents, and approach them with respect and a good dose of tact. You sense what the resident needs most: a listening ear, rest, and regularity or just a chat at the right time. Other qualifications include:
