• Support ADL activities and carry out care procedures within your scope and competence.
• Create care living plans, closely monitor and adjust them as necessary.
• Observe, report and discuss special details with colleagues.
• Create a pleasant and safe living environment tailored to the wishes and needs of residents.
• Show empathy and be reassuring in your interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high-quality living and care climate.

What You Bring

• A Diploma as a Geriatric Care Assistant;
• Scope and competence according to the Quality Registration;
• Empathy, good communication skills, and initiative;
• The ability to deal with residents exhibiting unusual behavior;
• Flexibility and meticulousness in reporting.

What You Get In Return

• Initial training based on the FWG 40 of the CAO VVT, ranging from €2,881,- to 3,733,- per month, excluding an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%;
• A one-year contract working 24-28 hours per week, with an intention to move to a permanent position;
