As a Sales Specialist (m/f/*) for the Vorarlberg/Tyrol/Salzburg/East Tyrol region within the Medical Surgical division (AWC, NPWT, Wound Care, Skin Care, etc.), you will apply your expertise to drive our shared success.

Responsibilities

• Systematic market development and new customer acquisition, including all sales promotion measures and close collaboration with all departments
• Sustainably improve revenue growth by consistently expanding the existing customer base and placing all Solventum Medical Surgical products and services with existing customers
• Develop sales strategies aimed at sustainable revenue and earnings growth in relevant target groups in both acute and extramural sectors
• Active new customer acquisition through strategic offer submission
• Continuous expansion and updating of knowledge regarding the product portfolio

Requirements

• Completed education in healthcare or commercial training
• Experience in the healthcare market
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in sales
• Valid car driver's license (position requires driving a company vehicle)

Pay

For this position, a minimum salary (base and variable component) of €62,000 gross per year is provided, with willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
