What You Will Be Doing

The IT Service Management (ITSM) Co-Op will work with the ITSM team to help improve how our IT services are managed. You will be involved in planning, changing, adopting, running, and continually enhancing these practices. The goal is to make sure our IT services are seamless and meet business needs and improve user satisfaction.

• Aid in the project delivery of IT Software Asset Program to improve our Service Catalog experience for software requests and onboarding.
• Manage the transition of new or modified RPMS (Research, Preclinical, Manufacturing and Supply chain - scientific enablement) IT software into the operational framework (ServiceNow SAM, Software Asset Management).
• Analyze metrics to assess service performance and gauge user satisfaction.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with members of IT, sourcing/contracts, and scientific teams.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Prior experience with ServiceNow a plus.
• Process design mapping using Visio a plus.
• PowerPoint a plus.

Qualifications

You must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week from July – December 2026.

Full-time, paid co-op $20.00 – 35.00 USD/hour.

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
